Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Nation Pro Roofing LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Nation Pro Roofing," "we," "us," or "our") with its principal place of business in Princeton, Texas.

By accessing our website at nationproroofing.net (the "Site"), requesting a quote or inspection, signing a proposal, or engaging us to perform roofing or gutter services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site and do not engage our services.

Our Services

Nation Pro Roofing LLC provides residential and commercial roofing and gutter services in the DFW Metroplex and surrounding North Texas counties, including but not limited to:

• Roof replacement and installation
• Roof inspections and assessments
• Storm damage repair
• Assistance navigating the insurance claims process
• Gutter installation and repair
• Commercial flat roofing

The specific scope of work for each job is defined in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties. These Terms supplement that agreement; in the event of a conflict, the signed proposal or contract governs for that specific job.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

Estimates & Proposals

Free inspections and written estimates are provided at no charge and with no obligation to hire us. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection. Final pricing is subject to change if hidden or latent damage is discovered once work begins that was not visible or accessible during the initial assessment.

A written proposal must be signed by the customer and returned to Nation Pro Roofing LLC before any work is scheduled or begins. Unsigned proposals do not constitute a binding contract.

Proposal pricing is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. After 30 days, pricing is subject to change based on current material costs and labor rates.

Payments & Billing

Payment terms are stated in your signed proposal. Standard terms are as follows unless modified in writing:

• A deposit may be required to secure your project date and order materials
• The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion of the work
• Final payment is due within 3 business days of project completion unless alternate terms are agreed in writing

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit/debit cards processed through Stripe. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.

Past-due balances accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law. Customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees, if Nation Pro Roofing LLC must pursue collection of unpaid amounts.

Warranties

Workmanship Warranty: Nation Pro Roofing LLC warrants its labor and installation workmanship for a period stated in your signed proposal. This warranty covers defects directly caused by our installation and does not cover damage from subsequent storms, acts of God, foot traffic, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others after project completion.

Manufacturer's Warranty: Roofing materials are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Nation Pro Roofing LLC will provide warranty documentation for installed products. Manufacturer warranties are subject to their own terms and registration requirements; we are not responsible for a manufacturer's failure to honor a warranty.

What Is Not Covered:

• Damage from events occurring after project completion (hail, wind, falling objects)
• Pre-existing structural issues (rotted decking beyond disclosed scope, improper ventilation not addressed in the proposal)
• Damage caused by other contractors working on the property after our completion
• Normal wear and tear over time

Insurance Claims

Nation Pro Roofing LLC is experienced in working alongside insurance adjusters and can assist homeowners in understanding and navigating the claims process. However:

• We are a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster, insurance agent, or attorney
• We do not guarantee that your insurance claim will be approved or that a specific amount will be paid by your insurer
• Claim outcomes are determined entirely by your insurance company based on your policy terms
• We will provide documentation, photos, and scope of work as requested, but we cannot advocate on your behalf in a legal or licensed adjuster capacity

By signing an Assignment of Benefits (AOB) or Direction to Pay, you authorize your insurance company to pay Nation Pro Roofing LLC directly for covered work. You remain responsible for your deductible and any amounts not covered by insurance. We do not waive deductibles. Under Texas Insurance Code, waiving a deductible may constitute insurance fraud.

Scheduling & Property Access

By booking a project with us, you authorize Nation Pro Roofing LLC and its subcontractors to access your property as necessary to complete the agreed-upon scope of work during normal business hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), unless alternate hours are mutually agreed.

You are responsible for:

• Providing clear, safe access to all areas where work will be performed
• Moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and personal property away from the work area prior to the start date
• Securing or removing fragile items inside the home that may be affected by vibration from roofing work
• Informing us of any known hazards on the property (buried utilities, weak structures, aggressive animals)

Nation Pro Roofing LLC is not liable for damage to items left in or around the work area that were not disclosed or cleared prior to work commencing.

Scheduling is subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule projects at short notice due to rain, high winds, or other unsafe conditions. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any schedule changes.

Website Use

By accessing our Site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Site. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without our written permission
• Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, logos, graphics, design elements, and code — is the property of Nation Pro Roofing LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our express written permission.

The Nation Pro Roofing LLC name and logo are trademarks of Nation Pro Roofing LLC. Use of our trademarks without written permission is prohibited.

Disclaimers

The information on our Site is provided for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information on the Site.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NATION PRO ROOFING LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Use of the Site and reliance on any information provided therein is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, NATION PRO ROOFING LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site
• Delays in project scheduling due to weather or material availability
• Damage caused by events outside the scope of the signed proposal
• Third-party products, services, or websites linked from our Site

In no event shall our total liability to you for claims arising out of or related to a specific project exceed the total amount paid by you to us for that project.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or from the services we provide are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve it informally by contacting Nation Pro Roofing LLC first. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

For residential projects governed by the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act (RCLA), the statutory notice and cure requirements of that Act apply and are incorporated herein.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Site or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For active projects under a signed proposal, the Terms in effect at the time of signing govern that project unless both parties agree in writing to updated terms.
